Services
* Maintain effective business and personal relationships with customers at all levels and all disciplines, for example, procurement, engineering, manufacturing and product support.
* Provide our Client with the earliest possible notification of new business opportunities.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Customer’s business, organization and practices.
* Provide support to ensure Client’s interests by promoting the image of the Client, assisting Client’s development of business and personal relationships, and coordinating Client visits.
* Support the Client with proposal strategy and contract negotiation.
* Participate in mediating differences between the Client and the Customer by providing effective ongoing problem solving support.
* Assist Client with arranging business support services, such as transportation, accommodations, communication, meeting coordination, customs shipping clearances and emergency delivery services.
* Monitor the performance of existing competitive products in the event Customer determines either a product or a competitor’s performance justifies an alternative.
* Facilitate or perform limited activities such as part marking and visual inspections.
* Assist Client in obtaining specialized consulting services in various areas such as engineering, finance and procurement.
* Advise the Client of applicable new technology opportunities.
* Evaluate possibility of providing additional services required by Client where appropriate.
